These Terms apply to purchases of Toddlers & Tantrums and other CalmNest Stories™ digital products. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
CalmTantrums is part of CalmNest Stories™, operated by QuizzyNest Ltd, registered in England & Wales, Company No. 16425135. ICO registration: C1831536. Contact: hello@fulllibraryhub.com.
2. Digital Products & Delivery
All products are digital (PDF and MP3 audio files) and are delivered by email after successful payment. No physical goods are shipped. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in GBP (£) or USD ($).
Your download link is valid for 14 days and works up to 3 times. Please save the files to your device after downloading. If your link expires, contact us and we will help.
3. Consent to Immediate Delivery
By completing a purchase, you request and expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content. You acknowledge that, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, your right to cancel within 14 days ends once the content has been supplied.
4. Refunds & 7-Day Support Promise
Every pack has a free audio sample on its product page, so you can listen before you buy. If something isn't working after purchase, such as a broken download or a file that won't play, email us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you in full. We do not offer refunds for change of mind once the download link has been supplied. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
5. Licence & Acceptable Use
Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence for use within your household. You may print the PDF and play the audio for your own family. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, or make the content publicly available.
6. Intellectual Property
All stories, audio recordings, illustrations and designs are owned by QuizzyNest Ltd and protected by copyright.
7. No Medical or Therapeutic Advice
Our products are storytelling resources only. They are not therapy and do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you have concerns about your child's wellbeing, please consult a qualified professional. See our Disclaimer.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under law, and nothing affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms in force at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
