Refund Policy

Toddlers & Tantrums is a CalmNest Stories™ digital product – a PDF and MP3 audio bundle delivered immediately after purchase. This policy explains how our support guarantee works. It is the same policy that applies to every CalmNest Stories™ pack.
Our promise: Every pack has a free audio sample on the product page – listen before you buy, so you know exactly what you're getting. If something isn't working after purchase (a broken download, a file that won't play), email us within 7 days and we'll make it right, or refund you in full.
What the 7-Day Support Promise covers
- Broken or inaccessible download link that we cannot fix
- File that won't open or play, where we cannot provide a working replacement
- Server-side error preventing file delivery
- Corrupted or incomplete file received
- Duplicate purchase – you accidentally bought the same product twice
Change of mind
The 7-Day Support Promise covers technical problems with your files. Because the files are delivered immediately and a free audio sample is available before purchase, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once the download link has been supplied. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content.
How to request help or a refund
- Email hello@fulllibraryhub.com within 7 days of purchase
- Include the email address you used at checkout
- Describe the issue (screenshots help, if you have them)
We usually respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method; your bank may take several business days to show it.
Download issues?
Check your Spam or Promotions folder first. Download links are valid for 14 days and work up to 3 times. If your link has expired or stopped working, email us and we will resend it.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel within 14 days ends once the digital content has been supplied with your express consent.
