Toddlers & Tantrums is a digital product a PDF and MP3 audio bundle delivered immediately after purchase. This policy explains how our support guarantee works.
Our promise: Every pack has a free audio sample on the product page listen before you buy, so you know exactly what you're getting. If something isn't working after purchase (a broken download, a file that won't play), email us within 7 days and we'll make it right, or refund you in full.
What the 7-Day Support Promise covers
- Broken or inaccessible download link
- File that won't open or play correctly
- Server-side error preventing file delivery
- Corrupted or incomplete file received
Contact us at hello@fulllibraryhub.com within 7 days of purchase, describe the issue, and we will resolve it or issue a full refund.
After the 7-day window
Because the files are delivered immediately and a free audio sample is available before purchase, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind after the 7-day support window has passed.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law. If you are in the United Kingdom, your rights under consumer protection legislation are not affected by this policy.
