Information We Collect
- Email address – to deliver your purchase and provide support
- Name – if you provide it at checkout
- Transaction details – provided by Stripe (product, amount, date)
- Website usage data – such as pages visited and device type, only if you accept cookies
We do not see or store your payment card details. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
How We Use Your Data
- To deliver your digital products and send order emails (performance of a contract)
- To answer support requests (legitimate interests)
- To keep purchase records for tax and accounting (legal obligation)
- To measure our advertising with the Meta Pixel (consent)
- To send marketing emails, only if you have opted in (consent)
Who We Share Data With
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the services that help us run the shop:
- Stripe – payment processing
- MailerLite – email delivery
- Supabase – secure order and download records
- Hostinger – website hosting
- Meta (Facebook) – advertising measurement, only if you accept cookies
Cookies
We use a small number of local settings that the site needs to work, such as your currency choice (GBP/USD) and your cookie choice. The Meta Pixel loads only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
How Long We Keep Data
- Purchase records – 6 years, as required by UK tax law
- Support emails – as long as needed to resolve your request
- Marketing subscriptions – until you unsubscribe
- Meta Pixel data – retained by Meta under its own policy
International Transfers
Some of our service providers process data outside the UK. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Children’s Data
Our products are intended for parents and caregivers. Purchases must be made by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
